SCOPE
End-to-End Delivery & Procurement Management: Led the complete fit-out of my first luxury boutique, directly managing all sub-contractors, local vendors, and material suppliers alongside a single Project Manager. Heritage Permitting & Regulatory Oversight: Managed the submission and approval of technical documentation required for working on a protected historical architectural monument in central Kyiv. Cost-Conscious Financial Control: Applied strict budget discipline and proactive resource management throughout the project lifecycle to ensure maximum cost efficiency. HQ & Vendor Alignment: Served as the direct liaison between global brand standards and local execution teams, ensuring 100% compliance with Montblanc's visual and technical guidelines.
